From Lorton, VA U.S. Went to a Christmas party at the woodside apartment clubhouse. Melissa was last seen during the festivities. Sometime during the party, she disappeared and was never seen again. A man who worked as a groundkeeper was convicted for her murder in 1991 as well as two other men, but they were not connected to her kidnapping and murder. Sadly her body was never found.
