On the 24th of September, 2020, after a long illness, Linda Kay (True) Harvey was found to have passed on and transitioned to a new dimension. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Arleen Kay, and her Father, James Allen True.
Cause of death was determined to be Congestive Heart Failure, which had caused her extended illness.
Linda, known as Lyndee to many of her friends, left behind her beloved Dachshund dog, Bailey, 8 siblings, as well as many friends both within and outside the LGBTQ+ community.
Linda worked the last 16+ years as a caregiver with Beneficial Health Services. She shared herself and her compassion with all the elders she cared for and served. Although she was unable to work since June 2019 due to her health issues, she will long be remembered at Beneficial.
Linda was a community minded person who actively sought to help those less fortunate than herself, or anyone in need. For many years she was a volunteer, helping with holiday food boxes, and yearlong fundraising with the Imperial Sovereign Court of Spokane. Throughout her time as a volunteer, Linda was recognized with many awards, plaques and gifts in appreciation for her hard work.
It is with great sadness, we set Linda to rest.
Due to the length of her illness, there are few resources or assets to accommodate the needs that accompany her death. Although her family has many riches of intrinsic value, the financial means to take care of Linda\'s final expenses are very limited, if at all available.
We have need to request that any friends or family with the ability, as guided by your heart, to express their love of Linda by donating to her final expenses.

All donations will go initially towards her cremation costs then to remaining expenses involved in finalizing Linda\'s life here with us.
